Group Chairman Mr. Hu Chongsheng, with postgraduate diploma, senior economist and senior political professional and technical qualifications, is vice president of China Concrete Association, executive director of China Blasting Association, executive director of China Association of Resources Comprehensive Utilization, vice president of Shandong Concrete Association, the representative of the eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth session of Qingdao People’s Congress, a member of Qingdao NPC Urban Construction Environmental and Resources Protection Committee and vice president of Qingdao Private Enterprise Association.
